Payment & share capital
Most international buyers pay the full kr 50,000 upfront. The kr 30,000 share capital is charged with regulatory fees. After deductions, kr 20,000 remains available in the company upon bank account establishment.
Registered companies and EU/EEA entities may qualify for deferred payment of remaining share capital — pay kr 30,000 upon purchase and transfer the remaining kr 20,000 directly to the company once the bank account is established.
